This briefing was prepared to inform representatives from UK Government on the burden of NCDs in low-and middle-income countries, to make the case for high-level representation at the UN HLM and to outline how the UK’s strong response to NCDs domestically can be scaled up through its financial and technical assistance to LMICs.
