As part of celebrations of the World Health Organization’s 70th anniversary in 2018, WHO is staging a major health promotion event in Geneva on the eve of the 71st World Health Assembly. For those who can’t be in Geneva, WALK WHERE YOU ARE!

For # WalkTheTalk events, HRIDAY India’s social media campaign will use a content repository that we have developed for online dissemination which also includes video bytes from the participants, live-feed from the venue and active engagement of the participants for global outreach using the hashtags #WalkTheTalk, #enoughNCDs, #BeatNCDs #OVOV, #PLWNCDS, and #HealthForAll. In addition to original posts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram using these hashtags and tagging influencers, we will be retweeting/reposting content.

The walk will engage approximately 250 participants (students, youth, parents & PLWNCDs ) and will be organised at the following venues:
