In an attempt to decode the 5X5 matrix, a group discussion on positive mental health will be held among approximately 400 school students. This discussion will attempt opening the doors of discussion between teachers and students to create a safe space with in educational institutes to promote positive mental health. Prior to the discussion, students will be motivated to develop a short amateur video promoting mental health and wellbeing. The entries will be used as an ice-breaker during the discussion.
